SDT4E425-4F-GB-A-PV1 is a dual-camera X-Spans network PTZ built to solve a common surveillance problem: capturing a wide area and fine detail at the same time. Combining a fixed panoramic bullet camera with a 25x zoom PTZ detail camera in one housing, this system lets a single unit monitor an entire area while automatically zooming in on points of interest.
The SDT4E425-4F-GB-A-PV1 pairs a 4MP panoramic camera (2560×1440) with a fixed 2.8mm lens covering a wide 101° field of view, alongside a 4MP PTZ detail camera (2560×1440) with a 5mm–125mm zoom lens reaching a DORI detect distance of 2,500m. This combination gives operators constant situational awareness of the full scene plus the ability to instantly zoom into any detected activity.
Both cameras deliver strong low-light performance: the panoramic camera reaches 0.001 lux in color mode with 30m IR and white-light illumination, while the detail camera reaches 0.005 lux with 100m IR and 50m warm-light range. This dual-light setup ensures both the wide view and the zoomed detail stay clear after dark.
Intelligence is built around linking the two cameras together. The IVS perimeter protection suite — covering tripwire, intrusion, fence climbing, loitering, abandoned/missing object detection, fast-moving alerts, parking detection, and people gathering — automatically links the detail camera to track any object detected by the panoramic view. Auto Tracking follows targets with detailed trajectory data, SMD 4.0 filters out false alarms, and Quick Pick lets operators rapidly select and zoom into any point within the panoramic frame.
Active deterrence rounds out the security response: the SDT4E425-4F-GB-A-PV1 triggers red-and-blue warning lights and any of 11 built-in sound alarms (plus custom imported sounds) when a threat is detected, giving operators a way to intervene before an incident escalates.
The detail camera’s PTZ covers endless 360° pan rotation with -15° to 90° tilt and auto-flip, speeds up to 240°/s pan and 200°/s tilt, and supports 300 presets, 8 tours, 5 patterns, and 5 scan modes. Video compression relies on Smart H.265+/H.264+ codecs across both camera feeds to manage bandwidth efficiently.
Built for outdoor reliability, the SDT4E425-4F-GB-A-PV1 carries IP66 protection along with TVS 6000V lightning and surge resistance, operating across a -40°C to +65°C temperature range on 12VDC or PoE+ power. For parking lots, warehouse yards, and perimeter fence lines that need both a wide view and zoomed detail from a single installation point, this camera delivers a genuinely efficient two-in-one solution.
