The Dahua NVR2108HC-W is an 8-channel wireless network video recorder designed for homes and small businesses that need dependable, cable-free surveillance. It automatically pairs with compatible wireless cameras, cutting setup time down significantly.

Smart detection is built into every layer of the system. AI by Recorder enables 4-channel SMD Plus, filtering out false alerts caused by leaves, rain, or shifting light conditions. AI by Camera adds perimeter protection and SMD support, giving connected cameras their own layer of accurate motion analysis.
Wireless performance covers the 802.11b/g/n/a/ac/ax standards across 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, backed by two antennas for a more stable link across multiple paired cameras. One-click arming and disarming lets users manage the whole system’s alert status instantly, without digging through menus.
Storage and playback are equally practical. One SATA port supports drives up to 20TB, while multiple playback modes, including instant, tagged, and smart playback, make finding specific footage fast. Backup works through USB devices or over the network.
