The Dahua P3D-3F-PV-P is a 3+3MP outdoor WizColor Wi-Fi dual-lens pan and tilt camera from the Picoo Dual Series, combining a fixed lens with a motorized PT lens for versatile, simultaneous multi-angle monitoring. This dual-lens design allows one camera to cover two different areas outdoors, reducing the need for multiple units.
A defining feature of the Dahua P3D-3F-PV-P is its advanced WizColor technology, which delivers crisp, vibrant colour images in low-light conditions comparable to daytime footage. This makes it particularly effective for nighttime surveillance where standard cameras typically struggle to capture usable detail.
Unlike Wi-Fi only models, the Dahua P3D-3F-PV-P supports both Wi-Fi and PoE (802.3af) connectivity, giving installers the flexibility to choose a wireless setup or a stable, powered Ethernet connection depending on the installation environment and cabling available.
Smart detection is built into both lenses, with AI human and vehicle detection working to minimize false alarms triggered by everyday outdoor movement. With the assistance of the PT lens, the camera automatically tracks moving targets, keeping activity in view as it happens.
Field of view coverage is thoughtfully split between the two lenses, with the fixed lens offering a wide 89° view and the PT lens providing a more focused 52° angle. This combination balances broad area coverage with the ability to zero in on specific activity when needed.
Built with a durable casing rated for outdoor use, the Dahua P3D-3F-PV-P operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +50°C, making it well suited for demanding climates and continuous outdoor exposure.
